Email for Help with the Site

When in doubt, send an email to StoreSprite(-at-)kallmaker.com. Because bots scour web pages looking for email addresses and then email bomb site owners for the fun of it, we use (-at-) to foil them. Unfortunately, that means you need to replace (-at-) with the usual @ symbol before you send the email. Bots, spammers, and scammers – grrrr!

We promise – Your email will not be added to a mailing list. If you want to be on Karin’s private mailing list you have to do that yourself.

 

Are you being asked to solve a reCaptcha and one isn’t displayed?

It’s possible that you haven’t browsed enough to convince the software you’re human yet.

• If you’re logged in, try logging out and in again. By the way, this is good advice at any site where you’re having issues.
• You can also try refreshing the page 1 or 2 times and see if the error message goes away.
• You could browse the site a little bit more, and then try what you were trying to do again. Once the software is convinced a real person is doing the clicking, it’ll stop bothering you.
• Send an email to StoreSprite and we’ll try to help.

Trying to checkout and there’s no payment form to fill in?

• Try refreshing the page 1 or 2 times and see if the payment form loads.
• It’s possible we have a configuration issue or the Stripe payment gateway is down. Please send an email to StoreSprite – it would be much appreciated.

Commenting for a drawing and the site refuses to accept your post?

• You probably already did this, but if not, try refreshing the page 1 or 2 times and try again.
• You can always enter a drawing by sending an email to entry4drawing(-at-)kallmaker.com. Once again, you’ll need to replace (-at-) with the @ symbol before you send the email.

Placed an Order and Need to Update Something?

Forgot to update to a new address before you submitted the order? Is something in your order not what you intended? Did you think you were ordering a bargain edition and somehow ended up with a full priced paperback? Accidentally put something in your cart twice and didn’t see it until a nano second after you checked out? It happens! Let us know how we can help.
