I’m looking forward to the GCLS Conference in just two weeks, because at some point, everyone has that moment of speechless enthusiasm for a book that was so good words fail them, and all they can do is glow with passion.

A Persona is No Substitute for Work
Thing is, if I’m going to pay $15 for a book, or $55 for (heavily discounted back of the house) seats for a Vegas show that runs $180 for front row, I expect the creators to have put in more work than a marketing campaign.
