Karin Kallmaker was honored to be featured by the Stonewall National Museum, Archives, and Library in their 2008 series on March 19. The Stonewall Distinguished Author program brings authors to the SNMAL, which is located in Fort Lauderdale, to standing room only audiences.
As part of this public program, Stonewall hosts lectures and book signings by prominent LGBT authors or by authors who have written books of particular interest to the LGBT community. Our roster of acclaimed writers included James Sears, Lillian Faderman, Alison Bechdel, Richard McCann, Karin Kallmaker and Felice Picano.
