I will make sure I have the books, and send back confirmation of the amount you should pay with either a personal check or via PayPal. Use more than one form if you want different books signed differently! (You can pay for them with one PayPal transaction or check, however.)
If saving the file to your drive doesn’t work for you, don’t waste your time on reengineering the thing, just e-mail me and I’ll send you a Word file. You can also print this form and fill it out by hand and mail it to me. In that case, before you mail the form, e-mail me the titles you want so I can confirm they are here and the total.
I will mail the books within a day or two of receiving payment. Please allow plenty of time ahead of a special event (like your partner’s birthday) because I do travel from time to time and there could be a brief delay before mailing your books. I will always try to communicate with you so you know what’s up with your order.
Please pay careful attention to the edition you want to order. My web site shows the covers of the latest editions, but I am offering older editions at a lower cost, too.
